Pick up all your race goodies including your Downtown Willoughby 5k shirt, pint glass, and tote bag. You will receive your 3 drink tickets at the finish line. The Bar Athletics has plenty of parking for a quick and easy pick up. Then, move on down to DTW to enjoy lunch or dinner at your favorite bar or restaurant.
Friends may pickup your race packet with a copy or photo of your ID, or their confirmation email with QR code. Please print or have your QR code confirmation email ready for check-in to speed up the process. QR codes will be emailed race week.
Race-day packet pick up is in front of the Willoughby Post Office near the start/finish line.
Shirt Sizing & Exchanges: To ensure all runners get the shirt sizes they ordered first, we cannot exchange shirts at packet pickup. You can exchange your shirt starting at 9:30am at the truck in front of the post office, and after the race until 11:00am. We will only be able to exchange shirts based on what's available and there are no guarantees you will be able to exchange for a specific size.

This special packet pick up is only for those who registered as Wish Runners ($60 per registration; 100% is donated to Make-A-Wish). Since you're such a special group of people, you'll get a private packet pick up at The Wild Goose. While you're here, your first drink is on us and we'll have pizza and appetizers to munch on, while you think about what a good person you are for registering as a Wish Runner. Friends can pick up for you and enjoy these benefits as long as they have your QR code. Otherwise, we'll just assume they're being shady trying to eat and drink on your behalf.
If you can't make it to the Wish Runner packet pick up, you can still pick up on September 18th at The Bar Athletics, or on race day in front of the Willoughby Post Office.
