CAN THE EVENT BE CANCELED? IF SO, WHAT HAPPENS?
The event can only be canceled if the director becomes ill with COVID. The event will not and cannot be canceled due to COVID restrictions, it is set up to be run even in a "Red Zone" due to it being under the "To-Go" and "Pick-Up" rules.
If the director becomes ill the event will be rescheduled as soon as the director's quarantine is over.
WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE PICK-UP'S?
Pick-up's are on March 19th (Rochester), March 20th (Buffalo), March 24th (Westchester), March 25th (Long Island City), & March 26th (Long Island). Read your full ticket and/or confirmation email, for your purchased location's address, date & time.

THERE ARE NO PICK-UP ON EVENT DAY MARCH 27TH
I CAN'T MAKE IT TO MY PICK-UP DAY. WHAT DO I DO?
We understand things can happen. If you cannot make it to your Pick-Up, email kelly@drinklikeagirl5k.com on your Pick-Up date BEFORE we leave at 8:30pm. We will leave your pack at your location.
Your pack will be held for up to 5 days from your original Pick-Up date. Please email kelly@drinklikeagirl5k.com to set up an alternative date and time.
If you miss your Pick-Up and do not email as stated above, or if you leave your pack longer than 5 days at the location, you forfeit your ticket and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE you will receive your pack before March 27th if you miss your pick-up day.

CAN SOMEONE PICK-UP MY PACK FOR ME?
If you would like someone to pick-up your DLG Curtain Up Backyard Brewfest pack, please email kelly@drinklikeagirl5k.com. Use subject line: “New Pick-up Person”, with your name, the person's name, and your digital ticket in the body of the email.
*You must be over 21 with a valid ID, to order and pick-up a DLG X Curtain Up Backyard Brewfest pack.
*We encourage people to use a cash exchange app to limit the number of emails. There is no limit on how many packs one person can pick-up.
CAN I PICK UP MY PACK ON VIRTUAL EVENT DAY?
No. There are no Pick-Ups on the event day.

DLG X Curtain Up Backyard Brewfest virtual event is on MAR. 27th from 3:00-8:30pm
HOW DO I ACCESS THE VIRTUAL EVENT?
You will receive a link to EXCLUSIVELY join the virtual event in your ticket purchase confirmation email from RunSignUp. You will need your order number to join.
*YOU CANNOT ACCESS OR JOIN THE VIRTUAL EVENT FROM THE DLG X CURTAIN UP EVENT PAGE. THE CORRECT LINK WILL ME EMAILED TO YOU AFTER YOU COMPLETE YOUR CHECKOUT

IF I CAN’T VIEW THE VIRTUAL EVENT ON MARCH 27TH, CAN I VIEW IT ON A LATER DAY?
Yes. If you can't make it to the live events you will be able to view the recording at any time with your permanent access to the event.

WHERE DO I FIND THE EVENT SCHEDULE?
The event schedule will be emailed a week before the event. It will also be posted in the private event.

WILL I RECEIVE ALL 15 OF THE ORIGINAL DLG X CURTAIN UP BREWERY LIST?
If ticket sales surpass 500, you may receive two of the same brewery style (more than once), or new breweries will be added to complete your 15 pack.
Some breweries have limited brewing capacity. DLG proudly teams up with small and large brew houses across the country.
Order early to guarantee you receive the 15 original breweries in the pack!
I NEED TO CHANGE MY TIME-SLOT, WHAT DO I DO?
If you need to change your time slot Email kelly@drinklikeagirl5k.com with the subject line: "Time-Slot Change: (location)". Type your name, original time, and your desired time in the body of the email.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE TIME I CAN PICK UP IS FULL?
If your desired time slot needed is full, please email kelly@drinklikeagirl5k.com. We will figure it out together.
CAN THE DLG X CURTAIN UP PACK BE SHIPPED ANYWHERE IN THE USA?
Due to SLA laws, there are some shipping restrictions.
If you live in the following states, we CANNOT ship to you:
VT, MD, NC, SC, GA, TN, KY, MT, WY, UT, HI, MI, WV
If you live in the following states, you must order by March 7th to receive the pack by March 27th: CO, FL, & OH
If you live in the following states, check your zip code for shipping eligibility under "SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS":
CT, DC, VA, PA, RI, ID, AZ, NV, CA, OR, WA, LA, OK, TX, MN, OH, CO, IN, IA, WI, IL
IMPORTANT!!!!! If you place an order from a prohibited delivery location, you will be refunded after March 27th, minus taxes, fees, shipping cost, & will be charged an extra handling fee. We will refund the payment through PayPal; we cannot refund your original payment method.
You must email us by April 1st with your PayPal information or you forfeit your refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

WHAT ARE DLG'S COVID STANDARD?
The health and the safety of our participants and volunteers come first! We have successfully ran our events since the onsite of the pandemic.
· All pack Pick-ups will be held outside.
· We have implemented mandatory face masks for volunteers and participants
· We have installed protective shields in front of our pick-up tables
· We continue to promote social distancing laws and require time-slot selection at the time of purchase
· Glove changing has been mandated in our standard operating procedures
