HOW TO SUBMIT RESULTS ?
Track your time and distance for each activity using your favorite device/app and be sure to submit a photo with your results.
Tips and Tricks
- It's best to enter your distance daily. Obviously life happens and you will perhaps not be able to every day, but staying consistent will make it easy so you're not having to enter lot of data at once. Plus seeing that progression is very motivating!
- If you forget to log your activity the same day, it’s ok! You can log any time during the challenge timeframe (August 15 - October 4)
- For those athletes who "double activity" (that is, run twice or perhaps more in a day), simply total the distance that day and submit one entry E.g., Kathleen runs 4 kilometers in the morning and then does another 6 that night. She should make one entry for 10 kilometers that day or when submitting a run, click "submit another activity" to ensure it gets added on top of what you have already ran that day.
- Add comments to your log if you want! Some ideas of what you may include are:
Location: Lakefront Path, treadmill, Ocean , neighborhood
Weather: 72 degrees and sunny, 80 and rainy, 77 and cloudy
Reflections: Track progress and gain insights by noting how you feel about each activity. We know that some days are simply harder or easier than others.

VIRTUAL EVENT INTEGRITY
Due to the manual nature of submitting your distance covered, we request that you uphold the integrity of our sport and submit only data that is honest and accurate to the best of your ability.
WHAT IS LOG ACTIVITY FROM A FILE ?
This is just one of the ways for participants to submit virtual results and does not replace the photo submission. We now give users the ability to quickly and easily enter in their activity data by selecting a GPX or FIT file from their computer. Their personalized data will automatically fill in, including the Distance, Date, and Time fields from the activity file being submitted. This feature is available to all users . Participants will see a Load Activity from File button while logging their Activity which they can click to open up a panel to submit a file.
- After clicking the Load Activity from File button, a panel will slide out allowing you to browse for a file on your computer or mobile device.
- After browsing for and selecting the Activity Data file, the fields for Date Completed, Distance in kilometers, and Time will fill in automatically. The participant then clicks Submit Activity.
