The race will start just north of East Lake Fire Rescue Station 57, located at 3375 Tarpon Lake Blvd. From the start, runners will head east on Village Center Drive. Upon reaching East Lake Road, the course turns north onto the Pinellas Trail, where runners will pass the one-mile mark. Runners will continue north on the Pinellas Trail until reaching Lansbrook Parkway, then make a left and head east for just over a quarter mile. At Tarpon Lake Boulevard, runners will turn left and begin the final 1.23-mile stretch to the finish line.
