The race will begin just north of East Lake Fire Rescue Station 57, located at 3375 Tarpon Lake Boulevard. From the starting line, runners will head north on Tarpon Lake Boulevard, passing the one-mile mark before turning right onto Lansbrook Parkway.

Runners will continue east on Lansbrook Parkway to East Lake Road, where they will turn south onto the Pinellas Trail. A water station will be available along this section of the course.

The course will continue south to Village Center Drive, where runners will turn right and complete the third mile. Upon reaching Tarpon Lake Boulevard, they will make the course’s only left turn before beginning their final sprint into the Station 57 parking lot and across the finish line.
