Race Week Details
It's the most wonderful time of year to run and have fun! Please read through the following information to ensure a fun and successful race day!
- Date/Time - December 9th, 2023
- 1 Mile Kids Fun Run Starts at 8:40am
- 5K Race starts at 9am
- 8K Race starts at 9:05am
- Location - Riverwinds Community Center at 1000 Riverwinds Drive in West Deptford, NJ 08082
- Packet Pick Up Options -
- Friday Afternoon (12/08) from 4-6pm at Running Co in Mullica Hill (15% off discount offered at Running Co)
- Saturday Morning (12/09) from 7:30-8:30am at Riverwinds Community Center.
- Arrival - Please arrive early and be outside at start area ready to run 10 minutes prior to start of your event.
- Course Maps -
- Results - All race day results for the 5K/8K will be available immediately after you run. They will be available under the results tab on this site - Here is LINK. We will also email results.
- Hot Cocoa - Once again we are proud to have Death of the Fox Brewing and Coffee House serving the Hot Cocoa after the race.
- Awards - Top Overall and Age group awards will be presented between 10am-10:20am. (Awards are not mailed)
- Contests - Best Dressed Contest for those who want to participate. Top Male & Female Winners.
- Food Trucks -
- We are pleased to have our favorite Pizza Truck coming out... Buon Viaggio Wood Fired Pizza.
- DonutNV will be on site with coffee, cocoa, and donuts!
