Participant receives event t-shirt and backpack, face mask, Santa hat, and printable event bib and finishers certificate. Last year we had a live event with over 600 people who met up at the Pier Plaza in Hermosa Beach. Since we were unable to meet this year we wanted to continue with the community event, the difference is that its in your community, with you family celebrating any way you'd like. You have 12 days to finish the 5K and we hope you'll share your posts with us so we can compile a video of everyone's participation. I hope you'll be able to join us and share this fun event with your friends and family. It's a wonderful way to help raise money for Mychal's Learning Place as well as starting a new family tradition. You can put together a team, have people support you with pledges or you can support our Executive Director, Ed Lynch who will be strolling and biking 100 miles to raise money and awareness about Mychal's Learning Place.
