Couch to 5k Training + Entry - Adult
Train for Spirit Run's Adult 5k. Training begins January 27th and continues Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Corona del Mar High School Track and culminates in participating in the Adult 5k at Spirit Run. Registration fee covers training and entry into Spirit Run Adult 5k. A "Spirit" shirt is available for a nominal fee and a "Spirit" medal is awarded at the finish line.

Adult Combo (5k + Mile)
This event is for an adult post high school and older to race the 5k plus the mile race for which their age and fitness level qualifies them. The price of the first race is at the normal fee and the second is an additional $20. Combo participants compete in both the 5k and mile.
