Open
The EPIC Open Course is a thrilling challenge featuring up to 20 obstacles packed into a winding course that’s less than 2 miles long!
Each obstacle has options for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced ability levels so that every contestant can choose their challenge at every turn! You’ll have a blast climbing over walls, crawling under nets, lifting Epic obstacles, sprinting, creating Epic profile pictures, and so much more! Everyone can do this course!!

Elite
Not for the faint of heart, the Epic Elite Course is an intense gauntlet of some of the toughest challenges that will put your strength to the test!
Choose from the ELITE STRENGTH Course (heavier weights, fewer reps) or the ELITE ENDURANCE Course (lighter weights, more reps).
After you have completed the Epic Open course 8:00 am-10:30 am.
You'll compete in the Epic Elite Course.
The Elite Course features, Truck Pull, and a series of 8-10 additional strength challenges incorporating kettlebells, Strong man bags, kegs, and more!
No Long Distance Running!!
No Electricity!!
No Mud!!

Kids
Kids ages 7-12 are able to run the Epic open course with their parent/guardian. On the Epic Open course, kids will find equipment that is scaled down to fit them.
For safety reasons, children under the age of 7 are not permitted on the course.
