The race is run primarily in the Howard/Porter Passive Recreation Area on Ferguson Street in Manchester, Conn. The start and finish is actually on Ferguson Street itself so a total of about 200 yards is run on the road. This is primarily a trail race, so strollers are not allowed. Dogs are not allowed in the race.

Event: Kids Run - Mile
The Kids Run is a fun activity to get the youth involved in running! All kids get a race number and a finishers medal. The course is approximately 1-mile and the first half is road, the second half is trail. It starts on a slight uphill for the first 1/4, but finishes on a nice downhill. Parents are allowed and encouraged to run with their kids.
