Milford Hospital Live Well 5K Run/walk & 3k - Walkers only

The 5k run (or walk) is scored with a bib/chip system. Please wear the bib in a visible location on the front. It is illegal to use someone else's bib (or give yours to anyone else), it will cause problems with the official results and cause delays for emergency services. Anyone involved will be DQ’d and this VOID all claims and the insurance waiver.

Pre reg, Shirt Pickup and Late reg is Saturday May 11 from 8:30am-12 in the Hospital lobby. Yes you can pickup for other people.

If you plan to walk the entire 5k route then DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. IF want to be TIMED & scored please enter the 5K event.

This 3k Fitness Walk is NOT TIMED- you can walk at any speed you want and enjoy the great scenery at a shorter distance (1.8miles). You’ll get everything the 5K entrants receive without the extra 1.3 miles! Enjoy this by yourself, with friends or family - it’s kid and baby stroller friendly!

Enlarge it for detail/ PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU MUST STAY ON THE SIDEWALK WHEN RETURNING UP SEASIDE RD TO THE HOSPITAL/finish. You will be returning on the same road as the runners. They will be moving at a faster pace and will need the course clear on this narrow road. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in keeping everyone safe.

Our ‘Little Docs' kids scamper is about 1/10 mile, on sidewalk and finishes at the 5K finish line! It’s free, fun, non-competitive & the little tykes will get finisher ribbons. We host this for 5th grade and under please! (But a parent/adult can be along side if needed).
