Running Rookie Training Program: Meet 2x Week
Sign up for the Running Rookie training program if you have never run before, or there's been a very long time since you've run regularly.
Prerequisite: In order to have success with this program, you must be able to walk briskly for one hour, 3 times per week minimum, OR you must be in a regular aerobic exercise program (spin, kickboxing, aerobic classes, etc.) leading up to the start of this program.

Beginner 5k Training Program: Meet 2x Week
Sign up for the Beginner program if you have some running under your belt. By that, we mean that you've completed a 5k in the past 6 months and have been running somewhat regularly leading up to the start of the program...OR you are a fairly regular runner coming back from an injury or illness.
Prerequisite: The first week of the program you MUST be able to run at an easy, conversational pace for 2 minutes straight (any pace).
