Jessica Rebarber is an experienced Latin Dance Fitness/Zumba® instructor with over six years of teaching under her belt. She is trained to teach both high and low intensity dance workouts and has earned both her Zumba® Instructor certification in 2016 and her Zumba Gold® certification in 2022. In addition to her expertise in dance fitness, Jessica has a solid dance background with 10 years of hip hop training and 2 years of jazz dance training. Her diverse background allows her to bring a unique and dynamic approach to her classes, ensuring that her students always have a fun and engaging workout experience.

YOGA AGAINST PELVIC PAIN - Dustienne Miller
Soften Your Pelvic Floor with Yoga. People experiencing pelvic pain may find it challenging to release pelvic floor muscle overactivity. In this class led by physical therapist and yoga teacher Dustienne Miller, we’ll spend our time exploring warm-ups, breath work, yoga postures and a guided relaxation that encourage releasing holding patterns in the pelvic floor. Dustienne Miller, PT, MS, WCS, CYT is a board-certified women’s health physical therapist and yoga teacher. In addition to her clinical practice Flourish Physical Therapy (Boston, MA), she is the creator of the pelvic health yoga videos series ""Your Pace Yoga"". She authored a two-day continuing education course and teaches it to pelvic health rehabilitation practitioners around the country.
Prior to specializing in pelvic health, she performed in musicals around the US, worked as a physical therapist backstage for Broadway shows, and currently teaches theatre jazz dance at Boston Conservatory.
Introduced to IPPS when working for former president Amy Stein, Dustienne always looks forward to the annual meetings where she enjoys teaching the morning yoga sessions. She had the honor of presenting in Baltimore at the main conference and is always inspired by the multi-disciplinary programming, resources, and community that IPPS provides.

PILATES AGAINST PELVIC PAIN - Makela Spielman
Her class will be grounded in breathwork, an exploration of deep core engagement, and pelvic and spinal mobility and stability. We will begin on the mat and progress up to standing functional exercises. Beginner and advanced variations will be taught. All are welcome! Makela is a pelvic floor physical therapist at Beyond Basics PT in NYC. She is a strong believer that “movement is medicine” and collaborates with patients to meet both functional and aspirational goals. She previously worked for over 16 years as a therapeutic Pilates instructor. Makela started out in the world of Romana’s Classical Pilates and then moved on to study with Cara Reeser in the tradition of Pilates elder, Kathy Grant.
