*NASM- Speed Agility Endurance Challenge*
(30 yards total distance, top end speed sprint mechanics, must start from stand tall and fall forward, both feet hip distance apart
timer starts when opposing leg lifts off ground, 2 trials only and best time recorded)
Event #2 - Speed Agility Course (120 yards total distance)
(must start in a quadruped position, all fours knees and hands, verbal command start, must execute course design pattern, 2 trials only, fault and disqualified if athlete runs wrong pattern or steps on cone markers, course design will be featured 1 week prior for training strategy to perform)
Event #3 - 300 Yard Shuttle Run (timed)
