March for Mental Wellness (1/2 mile)
This is a non-timed 0.5 mile scenic wellness walk through Dreher Park in West Palm Beach, where participants will pause for mini-yoga sessions, guided meditation, neuroarts creativity activities, and pet therapy cuddles. Finisher medal and shirt included.
