Event: Just Ruck "5K March/Walk"
This event will have a pre-march breakfast at the Mullets Restaurant (1300 SE 1st St. Des Moines, IA 50315) with a percentage of the proceeds going to the March.
Following the opening ceremonies with event organizers, the march will begin approximately 9:00am. This is not a timed event or race. All participants will move together as a group to enjoy community and camaraderie, with a positive 5K walk through scenic downtown Des Moines.
