Event: Path Performance Season Starter!

Path Performance Season Starter! is a 12-week group training program hosted online and in person at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, IL.  This is a base phase training plan (2 ability levels) designed to get you strong and into shape for the 2024 season. The program is designed for anyone that wants the motivation and camaraderie of others to develop a strong fitness base for 2024!  Program Includes:

Complete 12 Week training plan (swim, bike & run or any mix you want) designed and directed by 31-year, full-time, professional coach (Masters degree, USAT Level II certified) Kevin McCarthy.

Group training sessions
Virtual group bike sessions – Saturdays @ 7:00 AM on ZOOM!
In person group runs – Wednesdays @ 5:00 AM at IWU!
In person group swim sessions – Sundays @ 9:30 AM at IWU!

Fun and support with others
 

Beginner Program: We suggest beginner and untrained participants swim, bike and jog/walk at least twice per week in December in preparation for the start of the training plan.

Intermediate Program: We suggest intermediate participants to complete 2-3 swims, 2-3 bikes, and 2-3 runs per week during December in preparation for the start of the training plan.

TRAINING PLAN ONLY (no local workouts). Choose this option if you are looking for a base training plan to follow that is created by a 31-year veteran coach that has proven results.

The Season Starter Training Plan! is a 12-week training program (2 ability levels) designed to develop a strong fitness base for 2024! The Season Starter! training plan is hosted on Training Peaks online platform.

Program Includes:
