Redbird Run 5K Virtual
During registration you will be asked if you will compete for the Redbird Run 5K Virtual. This will allow you to still register, support Virginia Cross Country, get the dashing t-shirt, and run wherever you are! All you need to do is:
1. Register online by the deadline
2. Run 3.1 miles anytime during the week leading up to Dash for Cross Country (6/1/25 - 6/7/25) wherever you want
3. Submit your run time by screenshot or a picture of your run by any tracking system you use to xcvirginiarun@gmail.com by midnight of the 7th (i.e. Strava, Garmin, RunKeeper, etc.) - Submission of time and name are only necessary for overall winner.
