Event: SUMMER Specialty Running Workshop
There will be one runner that will go through the workshop every 30 minutes starting at 8am until 11:30am for a total of 8 runners.
It is recommended that you are able to safely run/jog on a treadmill for at least 5 minutes for the video analysis.
Please bring running shoes, shorts, and trim fitting shirt for the assessment. *Please avoid wearing black on black to aid in the video analysis*
It will take each participant approximately 1 hour to complete the assessment.
