Description
This workshop will include a unique collaboration from local Fort Wayne Running Specialists to help improve your running mechanics as the running season begins! This workshop includes:
- A biomechanical foot and ankle assessment from Aboite Podiatry Associates
- A Get Run Fit movement screen, slow-motion video analysis while running on a treadmill and recommended corrections from Summit Physical Therapy
- Collaboration for a professional shoe fit with Three Rivers Running Company's Footwear Experts
- All for just $50!
