The 140 Challenge- 5K & Fitness Challenge
The fitness challenge will be completed after participant completes the 5K.
The Fitness Challenge will consist of 4 bodyweight workouts (4 years of Service) and 140 reps of each workout (Badge Number).

Each workout can be complete by type or in 4 rounds of 35 reps each circuit!
