Preferred for you to wear a watch if time is important to you and if you are using this to earn Kentucky 5K Racer swag by meeting or exceeding the Racer time standards. If wanting more info on Registering for the Kentucky 5K main event by Fundraising, more information will be available at this event. Before and After these events training/coaching tips will be offered for free to help all of us take our running/walking/fitness to the next level in our personal journeys, whatever those might be. These are also official training runs and opportunity to learn more about Ainsley Angels and practice pushing. Other official Charity partners are Special Olympics of KY and Sunrise.
