Grace in Every Step 5K

A chip timed 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk with awards presented for Top 3 M/F Overall and Top 3 M/F in various age groups. Commemorative race shirt with registration (while supplies last). Dogs on fixed length leashes and strollers permitted. 100% paved trail surface.

A fun, untimed 1 mile walk with no awards or prizes. Commemorative race shirt with registration (while supplies last).

A FREE 1/4-mile Kid's Dash for children 9 and under. Each child will receive a participation medal. No timing or performance awards. Parents can add a shirt for $10 add on fee.

An opportunity to participate and support our cause from anywhere in the United States. Sign up as a virtual runner/walker and you can run/walk your Grace with Every Step 5K on your own schedule in your hometown. We will mail you your commemorative race shirt as part of your $30 donation. You can also log your virtual result on the race website (optional).

We need 6-8 enthusiastic volunteers to work a race evening shift from 5:30-8:30pm. Duties include packet pickup, water stop, food/drink, awards and clean-up. Volunteers receive a commemorative race T-shirt for working a full 3 hour shift.
