5K Run/Walk

Chip timed 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk on the paved Legacy Trail. Awards for Top 3 M/F Overall and Top 3 M/F in various age groups. Runners, walkers, strollers and dogs on a fixed length leash are all welcomed. Participants earn a commemorative race T-shirt.

FREE Kid's Dash (9 & Under)

A FREE, fun kid's sprint for children 9 and under. No awards but each child will receive a participation medal. Parents can add on a shirt for your child for a $10 charge.

Virtual Runner/Walker

If you can't join us in person, consider running/walking your own Swift Sprint 5K as a virtual participant. Your $30 donation will allow you to run/walk your 5K from your hometown on your schedule and we'll mail you your commemorative race T-shirt. You can also log your virtual result (or completion of your 5K) on the race website (Results Link). There are no awards for the virtual event.

Race Volunteer

We need 6-8 enthusiastic volunteers to work a race day shift from 1:30-5:00pm helping make the race great for our participants. Jobs include packet pickup/check-in, food/drink, awards, water stop, course marshals, parking team and clean-up.
