Event: 5K Run/Walk
A chip timed 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk on paved trail and road surfaces. Awards for the Top 3 M/F Overall and Top 3 M/F in 5 year age divisions. Participants receive a commemorative long-sleeved race shirt as part of their registration fee. Register by Friday, October 6th to guarantee shirt size!

Event: VIRTUAL 5K Run/Walk
If you can't join us in person you can still support our cause. Run or walk your own "White Ribbon 5K" as a virtual participant. Send us photos of you or your team experience and we would love to ad them to our event photos. Your $30 donation will include shipping your race packet/shirt as long as you register by midnight October 23rd. Participate from anywhere in the United States.
