Red River Road Runner Learn to Run! Classes

8 weeks on Thursdays
5:45-6:45 p.m.
This class is designed to assist experienced runners improve their speed and endurance during the ten weeks. Suggested entry level is a base of 9+ miles/week and the ability to run 2 miles without stopping. The first class will be held Thursday, March 26 at Walker Park near Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier. Later classes will be held at a variety of locations.

8 weeks on Mondays
6:00-7:00 p.m.
This class is designed to prepare a beginning or returning runners to complete a 5K at the end of eight weeks. First class will be held Monday, March 30 at Betty Virginia Park, 3901 Fairfield Ave, Shreveport, LA 71106 with training inside the park.
