Event: “Learn to Run!” Advanced Level Program

This class is designed to assist experienced runners improve their speed and endurance during the ten weeks. Suggested entry level is a base of 9+ miles/week and the ability to run 2 miles without stopping. The first class and registration will be held Thursday, March 28th at Walker Park near Brookshires Grocery Arena (formerly known as CenturyLink) in Bossier. Later classes will be held at a variety of locations.
