“Learn to Run!” Advanced Level Program
5:45-6:45 p.m.
This class is designed to assist experienced runners improve their speed and endurance during the ten weeks. Suggested entry level is a base of 9+ miles/week and the ability to run 2 miles without stopping. The first class will be held Thursday, September 10 at Walker Park near Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier. Later classes will be held at a variety of locations.
