GNOCA 5K RUN/WALK IN HONOR OF JACKIE POOR AND PAULA HOLM

At Michael's Harborside (free parking):
8:30 am to 9:30 am: check in for pre-registrants
8:30 am to 9:30 am: Day-of registration and sign-up
9:45 am: Welcome ceremony and speeches
10:00 am: Run/Walk starts
Presentation of runner prizes and awards immediately following race at approximately 11:00 am

Fees:
Adults: $30 ($35 on race-day )
Ages 12-17: $15
Under age 12: free

If you are unable to make it to Newburyport this year, you can still join us by participating in your own personal run or walk -- that is still an option in 2024. Choose YOUR favorite route and day/time to run or walk alone or with a team of family and friends. You can participate from the comfort of your own home, neighborhood, a rail trail, or your personal favorite route from Sunday, September 15, through Sunday, September 29.
