48th Annual OVL In-Person or Virtual Cape Cod 5K

Event: In Person Adult 5k Run/Walk

First 200 to register in virtual or in person will receive a hat. The Live Race is on July 16th; starts begin at 8:00 AM. Preregistered runners can pick up their bib numbers on July 15, 2022 between 3:30 and 5:00 p.m. or between 7:15 and 8:00 a.m. on the day of the race.

First 50 Kids in the virtual will receive a metal on a ribbon. We suggest kids who are young to run Dowses Beach.

First 25 dogs will receive a reusable bag with treats. Dogs can only partake in the virtual run for insurance purposes.
