Event: 5K Run and Walk
STEP ONE: REGISTER!
Enjoy a beautiful 5K run on the Bates College campus. Everyone who registers before June 15th will receive a race shirt. If you would like to opt out of your shirt and donate the funds directly to survivors, please select "No Shirt" when registering.
This is a family-friendly event. Strollers and friendly dogs on leashes are welcome.
STEP 2: COLLECT DONATIONS!
When you register, you’ll automatically get your own fundraising page where you can easily and securely accept donations online. The money you raise goes to support Mainers affected by domestic abuse, sex trafficking, and sexual exploitation.
You can share your page on Facebook and Twitter, or email the link to your friends, family, and colleagues. If you collect donations via cash or check, please mail them to Safe Voices, P.O. Box 713, Auburn, ME, 04212 or bring them on race day. Be sure to have checks made payable to Safe Voices. Offline donations WILL be credited to your donation total after the event. There will be prizes for the highest individual fundraiser and highest team fundraiser!
