We have been closely watching the current health crisis surrounding COVID-19 and taking all CDC recommendations into consideration. Because of these recommendations, we have decided to switch this year’s 5K to End Domestic Violence to a virtual 5K. Hosting a virtual race will allow us to continue supporting survivors while still observing safe and respectful social distancing practices.

Join us as we raise funds to support Safe Voices' mission: to support and empower those affected by domestic violence and engage the community in creating social change in Androscoggin, Oxford, and Franklin counties.
COVID-19 Update: We have been closely watching the current health crisis surrounding COVID-19 and taking all CDC recommendations into consideration. Because of these recommendations, we have decided to switch this year’s 5K to End Domestic Violence to a virtual 5K. Hosting a virtual race will allow us to continue supporting survivors while still observing safe and respectful social distancing practices.
What is a Virtual 5K? A virtual 5K is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You get to run, jog, or walk your own route, at your own pace, and time it yourself. You are no longer restricted to our race course, but you may choose to run on the road, on a trail, or on a treadmill. The goal is to get in those 3.1 miles while still joining an online community of support. You can choose to run before the original date, or continue to run on June 6.
If you choose to time yourself, you may still submit your timing. Details coming soon!
Runners: $30
Walkers: $20
Youth 5K Runners: FREE (must be 12 or under, does not include t-shirt or timing)
Those who register by 5/1 may receive a race shirt. Pick-up details coming soon.
