If you plan to mix walking with running, please register for the 5K RUN. (Because there are award structures for both the 5K run and 5K walk events, registrants in the 5K walk must walk every step of the way. --It's okay to walk during the 5K run, but it is NOT okay to run during the 5K walk.)
