2024 Heritage Classic: Moving for Hope

A virtual 5k can be ran (or walked) from any location you choose. On the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym, on the track, or even at another race. You get to choose when during the timeframe, go at your own pace, and time it yourself.

Challenge yourself to accumulate 26.2 miles during the month of October. During the 31 days you will need to accumulate about 0.85 miles each day to reach your goal.

Challenge yourself to move every day in any way you like. The goal is to accumulate 160-minutes of physical activity each week of October (about 700 minutes total for the month) to celebrate Mayo Clinic’s 160th anniversary, improve your health and provide Hope for Mayo patients. Create a team to motivate and encourage others!
