Youth Running and Conditioning Program - Tuesdays and Thursdays

We will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays to build general conditioning, speed and endurance . This program will be tailored to meet your student's needs and goals, including proper nutrition, form work and drills, pacing, speed work, strength work, the mental aspect of athletics, and post-workout stretching.

We will meet behind the school near the football fields after school. Student is to change clothes, fill water, use the restroom, and bring their belongings outside .
Athlete is required to wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and running shoes, and bring a full water bottle.
