Up & Over 10k
Saturday’s Up & Over 10K is notoriously challenging with many runners returning year-after-year to beat their PBs. There are many groups that run together; friends, co-workers, and whole families who want to take on the mountain. The course is a formidable and scenic 2,612’ climb from 9,321′ at the base, topping out at 11,819′. Expect amazing views of Kachina and Wheeler Peaks, followed by a technical descent through high alpine terrain.

Vertic-AL's Vert-K
On Sunday take on the 4th Annual VerticAL's VertK, a daunting vertical 1K up TAOS’s famed Al’s Run. In winter, Al’s is an intimidating long, steep black diamond ski run directly under Lift 1, carved with seemingly infinite measure of moguls. VerticAL's participants will scramble up from the base to the finish at the top of Al’s – a grueling gain of 1,497’. Due to the demanding terrain, this event will be open to participants 16+ years old.

Up & Dn Kids Run
This one is just for the kids - a mini-version of our classic Up & Over 10k run, this course will take the young runners up Pioneer Run and back down again at a distance of 1k. Let the kids join in the fun with their own Up & Dn!
This fun run is open to children 10 and under. Race will be untimed with overall boy and girl receiving a prize. All runners will receive an Up & Dn finisher’s medal.
