StrongHer Long Island 4k Walk-Run

2 loops at the Holtsville Ecology Center and then run to the finish line near the pavilion. Everyone gets a custom award medal and a pair of empowering socks.

Kids Run

This event starts at 8:30 sharp and is run in Waves. Distance will be different for each age group:
Wave 1- 3 year olds - .06 of a mile
Wave 2- 4 year olds - .15 of a mile
Wave 3- 5 year olds - .15 of a mile
Wave 4 and 5- 6 and 7 yr olds - .30 of a mile

Open to ages 3 - 7.
