Participants commit to moving their bodies in whatever way brings joy and energy — walking, dancing, stretching, running, yoga, sports, or any activity they love — with a shared goal of completing 400 minutes of movement by the end of September. Every minute moved helps bring comfort, hope, and light to local families navigating unimaginable challenges.

Participants can track their progress, set personal goals beyond the 400-minute challenge, and share their journey with friends and family. Teams can support one another, celebrate milestones, and move together with purpose. Everyone who completes 400 minutes will receive a certificate of completion in recognition of their commitment and impact.

Fundraising is not required, but participants have the option to raise funds and receive special incentives while helping expand support for the children and families we serve. For every $250 raised, participants can place a personalized lock on our Locks of Love tower in honor or memory of a loved one. For every $1,000 raised, participants can adopt a family for the holidays.
