Managing your Fundraiser
Let’s Get Started
Now that you’ve registered and created your fundraiser on RunSignup, you can easily view and manage your page, track donations, and make updates at any time.
To get started, log into your RunSignup account and go to your Profile. Scroll down to the Fundraising section and click “My Fundraisers.” From there, you’ll be able to view all fundraisers linked to your account, including both individual and team pages.

- Sign In to RunSignup
- Go to your Profile
- Scroll down to your Fundraising section of your profile.
- Click Edit Fundraiser next to the fundraiser to Manage.
- Change your fundraiser name, goal, URL, message, or image from here.
Editing a Fundraiser:
To edit your fundraiser follow the steps below:
1. Find the fundraiser you would like to manage
2. Select “Edit Fundraiser” button to access your Fundraiser Management Page.
If you are currently viewing donations, or viewing your share options, then you can find your way to the Fundraiser Management page by clicking on the button for “Edit Fundraiser”.
On the fundraiser management page, you can edit your:
- Fundraiser Name
- Fundraising Goal
- Turn on or off your goal thermometer, and/or your scrolling list of donors.
- Fundraiser URL
- Personal Message to display on your fundraiser page
- Fundraiser Image
- Hide your fundraiser from public lists
- While hidden your fundraiser will still be visible via the direct link
More details on these features can be found in the “Becoming a Fundraiser” section of “How to Create an Individual Fundraiser or Team Fundraiser.”
- Once your edits are made, then you can click on “Save Fundraiser Changes”, and you will receive confirmation that your fundraiser has been updated.
- You can then scroll down the page, and go “Back to Fundraisers”, to return to the “My Fundraisers” page.

a. Fundraising is optional, but highly encouraged
b. For every $250 raised, you will have the honor of placing a love lock on our Legacy Tower in honor or memory of a loved one
c. For every $1,000 you raise, you may adopt a child for the holidays in your honor. A beautiful way to give a child joy, love, and kindness during a very difficult time. Any remaining funds go directly to a family.
a. 100% of the money raised goes towards will go directly toward our financial giving and holiday giving programs, assisting children and families in the Hudson Valley with life threatening illnesses & loss of life.
b. Angels of Light assists with medical bills, rent, mortgage payments, utilities, gas, food, and other living essentialsc. All money raised stays locally in the Hudson Valley.
