Pump & Run/Walk
This is a timed 5k Run/ Walk and requires a bench press portion for the event. This will consist of bench press lift with designated weight limits for the men's and women's divisions (max reps 40) followed by a timed run/walk trail 5K. An athlete's run time will be reduced by :30 seconds for each bench press rep completed.
