This race consists of a 5k road run, 25k road bike and 5k road run. This is a fun summer duathlon at Mohawk Park in Tulsa, OK. Relatively flat bike and flat run course.

Relay Teams will be made up of 2 or 3 participants. Each participant may do 1 or 2 parts of the triathlon. Each participant will receive a race shirt and finishers medal.
