10K & Half-Marathon Training Team
This training team will prepare participants, over a 12 week period, to run the Run to Stay Warm 10K or Half Marathon on Sunday, November 24. Practices will be on Tuesdays at 5:45 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am. Tuesdays practices will be speed workouts and Saturdays will be long run. Most practices will begin at Run Hub, but locations will vary. This training program is beginner-friendly, and minimal running experience is needed.

5K Training Team
This training team will prepare participants, over a 12 week period, to run the Run to Stay Warm 5K on Sunday, November 24. Practices will be on Saturdays at 8:30 am. This training program is meant for those wanting to complete their first 5k. While it can serve other purposes, the training is geared to those who are new to running. Participants can chose to begin the training by walking, walk/running, or running, progressing to walk/running or full running.

Evolve Fitness Strength & Mobility Classes
Signing up for this package will get you 12 passes to Evolve Fitness to use for several of the classes they offer, including the Monday and Thursday evening, running focused, strength and mobility classes. More passes can be purchased through Evolve, if desired.
