Description

The Team Run Hub fall training programs will prepare you to run in the EWEB Run to Stay Warm 5K, 10K, or Half-Marathon Sunday, November 24, 2019. The 10K/Half Marathon and 5K training teams will training separately, with the 5K team being geared toward those new to running, and the 10K/half marathon team requiring a minimal amount of experience, but still beginner-friendly.  The training team is open to all levels, whether you are new to running or a seasoned pro. Our mission is to help you set goals based on your current fitness and then achieve those goals. The 10K/half-marathon training program is 12 weeks long and coached by Katie Fitch and Scott Williams. In addition to the run training program you can purchase a complementary strength and mobility package. 

The 10K/Half Marathon Training Program includes:

  • Individualized training plan
  • Group training environment with weekly coached workout - Tues. @ 5:45 pm
  • Weekly supported long runs- Sat. @ 8:00 am
  • Team shirt
  • Balega socks
  • Nutrition sample(s)
  • Coupons for shoes and gear

The 5K Training Team includes:

  • Weekly coached training runs - Sat. @ 8:00 am
  • Weekly email from coaches with guidance on training

Evolve Strength & Mobility Package Classes

  • To be a good runner you need to be strong and mobile!  We've partnered with Evolve Fitness to help make you a better runner.  Selecting this option allows 12 passes to Evolve Fitness for strength and mobility classes.  While the passes can be used for many of the classes they offer, the Monday and Thursday evening (6:30 p.m.) classes are geared towards runners.
