Event: National Championship Heat
This heat will be the "Championship" Section for the fastest beer milers in the Country!!
Participants in this section should be able to run faster than 7 Minutes 30 Seconds.
Each heat will be limited to around 35 competitors.

Event: Water Mile
Want to enjoy all of the festivities surrounding the BEER Mile, just without actually drinking the beer?
Run the Water Mile instead! You'll follow the same format as the regular mile, but we'll substitute the beer for good old H2O.
During the registration process you'll be asked which Heat time you'd like to be included in. We cannot guarantee you're entry into that Heat, but we will make every attempt to make sure you are in that heat or one just before or after it.
