Individual Triathlon
One athlete completes all three courses.

Relay Team
Two or three people complete all three courses to make a 2- or 3-person relay team. The neoprene ankle strap with the timing chip is passed on to the next person INSIDE the transition area only.

Tandem Team
Two team members complete the entire event together in tandem. Athletes must finish each course at the same time as well as cross the finish line together. ONE of the tandem athletes will be wearing the neoprene ankle strap with the timing chip.
