Event: 8K Run
We will have a competitive chip-timed 8K run where you can race for individual and/or team awards. Everyone who signs up for the 8K run will be eligible for the individual awards. If you create a team in either our male, female or co-ed divisions your team will also be competing for team awards. We will use cross country scoring for all team divisions which is based on where each member of your team places. A minimum of 3 runners are required with a maximum of 5. The race route will be from the Sioux Park track to and around Canyon Lake Park and back. Awards for the top 3 males and females in the 8K run and top team in each division!

Event: 8K Relay
Don't want to run the entire 8K? We also have an 8K 2-person relay. One runner will run the first half of the race (approximately 4K) and the other runner will run the second half of the race (approximately 4K). For the 8K relay we will also have a male, female and co-ed division. Limited to the first 50 relay teams in each division. The race route will be from the Sioux Park track to and around Canyon Lake Park and back. The relay exchange zone is at the northwest corner parking lot at Canyon Lake Park. Awards for the top team in each division!
