Our virtual option is open to anyone not able to join us in person this year. Simply run, walk, bike, swim, etc your 5K from your location on 10/19. Please post a picture and tag us on Facebook once complete!

MAW's Cause 5K Run/Walk
Our in-person 5K Run or Walk will be held through the beautiful city of Norris, TN. This course is hilly, but manageable. This will be timed and winners presented at the completion of the race by age class. Walker, strollers and pets are welcome!

MAW's Cause 1K Fun Run/Walk
Our in-person 1K Fun Run/Walk will be two loops around The Commons in Norris, TN. This course is flat and a light walk. Strollers and pets are welcome! This event will start shortly after 3:00PM once our 5K is released.
