Event: VIRTUAL Rock the CASA 5K or 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, Rock the CASA 5K will now be a virtual race. By participating in the virtual 5K, you will be pledging yourself to run or walk a 5K on the day of the original race in the convenience of your own town and space. You can choose to complete the 5K in whatever way you would like; running, biking, swimming, roller blading, doing it on an elliptical are just a few ways you could choose to participate, but be creative and have fun with it!
