NO TRANSFERS, NO REFUNDS
Registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. If the race is canceled due to extreme weather, the race will not be rescheduled, and all fees paid will be donated to White Rock Lake Conservancy.
DISTANCE CHANGE REQUESTS
We are happy to assist you with a change in distance. Please keep in mind that you will be prompted to pay for the difference in fees to upgrade from the 5k to the 10k.
There will be no fee and no refund of fees to switch from the 10k to the 5k.
Please email Race Director Jennifer Hoesterey for change requests two weeks prior to the race.
