5K Training Program
This program is designed for runners looking to run their first 5K or to run a 5K after taking a break from running. For runners looking to improve their 5K time, we recommend that you sign up for the 10K program. The goal race will be the DRC Tal Morrison 5k scheduled for April 25, 2026 though you may train for a different race. The program runs will be from the parking lot of the White Rock Alehouse & Brewery on Saturday mornings at 7:00am and Tuesday evenings at 7:15pm. **Please note that there will be periodic hill workouts that meet at Norbuck Park on Tuesday nights. 10K Training Program

Half Marathon Training Program
