For more than a decade, DRC's Training Program has helped walkers and runners achieve their personal fitness goals. We have a plan for every distance from a 5k to the Marathon, and everyone from walkers to Boston-Qualifiers. The program is managed by RRCA-certified coaches and an army of volunteers who ensure that no matter what your running or fitness background, you will get the best training in Dallas. Training Info

For runners choosing to participate in person, group runs will be from the parking lot of the White Rock Alehouse & Brewery on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings.  These group runs are lead by DRC Pace Leaders and Coaches.  Saturday runs are long group runs that utilize the trails and neighborhoods around White Rock Lake.  Tuesday evening group runs focus on base building early in the program, then will rotate through hill, tempo, and interval runs.

All runners are encouraged to join a general Facebook group and distance/pace specific group.  This information will be provided via email after registration.
