Event: Mission Reach Treasured Chests 5K VIRTUAL
Running a virtual race is simple. Here is a step by step guide to participate!
Step 1: Register for the race.
Make sure to select the VIRTUAL option.
Step 2: Train for the race.
You should train for a virtual race just like any other running event.
Step 3: Select your course.
You can test yourself on a familiar training course, or go exploring and find something new!
Step 4: Run.
Make sure to keep track of your time using a GPS watch, your smart phone or any other method that makes sense to you.
Step 5: Participate on social media.
Post any photos or comments on our Facebook or Instagram page. Be sure to use #southtexasbreastsurgery and #missionreachtreasuredchests5k
Step 6: Report.
Don’t forget to report your time! Posting on social media or emailing us does not count as reporting. You must report your time on the website you registered. YOU MAY POST YOUR RESULTS BETWEEN SATURDAY, OCTOBER 2ND AND SATURDAY, OCTOBER 9TH. If needed, please read this step by step guide: How To Submit Virtual Results
Step 7: Receive race shirt in the mail.
We wish we could have mailed shirts before the race, but there were significant delays with processing and shipping. We will remember this for next year!
