Two choices with this event - either ride your bike for approximately 45 minutes on your own

if you are a Life Time Gainesville member, reserve a bike sometime during the week of June 16-27 - wear your Race for Ryland shirt (if you register in time to receive one), and document your ride with a social media picture. Don't forget to #raceforryland
